You have not seen the first version of this picture. In fact, this is the only version of it so far (unless you are talking about something else).

I did noticed the cat ears portion of her original character design. Too bad I cannot remove it because it is one of the her most distinguishing features of her, let alone being representative of her uncontrollable obsession with cats as seen in the series.

You are the first one to point out folds on the belly portion of the dress. I'll take a look at it and ask people around dA if they think the same thing.
